Leanna is the absolute best! She is a dog whisperer when it comes to loose leash walking and training, and my dog completely adores her! She is extremely trustworthy and responsible and treats my pup like he is her own. I know Ace is in great hands when he’s with her and he couldn’t be happier on his walks with her. I’m very grateful to have Leanna take such a great care of my pup. I would definitely recommend Bark N' Walk to anyone who is looking for a reliable and caring dog walker that their pup will love!

Maple & Mos Def

Our young chocolate lab pup Maple started showing signs of reactivity around 5 or 6 months old. We felt extremely hopeless and miserable because a simple neighborhood walk would turn into multiple episodes of Maple barking and lunging.

When we first met Leanna, she not only immediately helped us better understand Maple and the root of her reactivity, but she also gave us the tools and knowledge to better communicate and train with her. Within three sessions (over the course of just three weeks), we saw a tremendous change in Maple's reactivity. We could not be more thankful and would highly recommend her to any dog owners out there who need help with their pup.

Leanna is the absolute BEST and I couldn't recommend Bark N' Walk more. She is trustworthy, responsible, and she treats your baby like family. I had been using her for years for daily walks and she would always send me pictures of my sweet pup looking so dang happy on his walks, it always made me smile. Not only that, but when I would go out of town and couldn't take my dog, she was always available to keep him safe and loved. Leanna offers a tailored training experience. She listens, evaluates, and comes up with a working action plan that’s suitable for your fur babe. My large breed dog/puppy had basic obedience but pulled terribly on the leash, after a couple of sessions with Leanna that all changed! My dog is now engaged and I have full control. She changed the walking game for us and I couldn’t be happier. Not to mention, my dog loves her long exhilarating walks with Leanna!

Jax

Jax is an incredibly energetic chocolate lab puppy who LOVES BarknWalk! When we first hired Leanna we were really just looking for a way to get some of Jax’s mid-day energy out through afternoon walks. Little did we know, we were doing walks all wrong! We thought leash pulling, sniffing, and eating every little thing off the ground were all normal puppy behavior. Leanna was so patient with us and showed us the power of the slip lead and loose leash walking. With help from and some changes around the house, Jax became an attentive, engaged and perfect pup (most of the time)! Leanna has become a good friend to our little family and we are so grateful for her insight and expertise!

Luna

My boyfriend and I came across Leanna at a very critical time in our training with our dog, Luna. She is a 55 pound Aussiedoodle with high energy levels, so going on walks before our training consisted of a lot of pulling. It had gotten to the point where I couldn’t go on solo walks with my dog because she was just too strong for me. Enter Leanna – with the introduction of a slip lead, structure and lots and lots of practice, I am now able to enjoy those precious moments with my dog without worrying that I won’t be able to control her or that I’ll have a panic attack. I am so grateful for all that Leanna has taught us and Luna and couldn’t recommend her enough to anyone feeling lost or overwhelmed.

Twister

Twister is a very high energy Golden Retriever puppy who LOVES his two days a week with Leanna. She trains him during their walks & he is clearly more well behaved on our walks without her now. He is comically eager to listen to & execute commands she has taught him. He basically puts the leash on himself when he knows she is on her way.

Bark N’ Walk is a 10/10 - would recommend.
